Sam and Tracy know firsthand the reality of homeowners' need for the right coverage. We have been renters; now, we're landlords and homeowners. Our first home was an historic home that was full renovation project which required a different type of coverage than a home under renovation in which the homeowner is living. That home is now a rental property that requires a different kind of coverage. We are homeowners with a home based business. Each situation requires a different kind of home coverage.
Our rental property was struck by lightning twice. We personally know how to navigate the claims process to ensure all the damage is identified and repaired and working with service providers to ensure the work is done properly and everyone gets paid in a timely manner.
Auto
Sam and Tracy were involved in a car accident in October 2025. What appeared to be a minor fender bender turned into something much different. Once the repair shop started to look more closely, there was much more damage than anticipated and the car was totaled. Our injuries were quite extensive requiring months of recovery.
We personally know how frustrating a car accident can be. Navigating repair shops, claims, rental cars, payments, finding a new car, and medical care can be exhausting. Plus, Tracy's family has a combined 75+ years in the repair and collision side of the auto industry.
