Risk and Protection Strategist
Sam works closely with Linden Grove Agency clients to identify potential risks, clarify underlying needs, and define priorities that inform sound decision-making. Dedicated to empowering clients through education and transparency, Sam uses thoughtful discovery and analysis to help anticipate challenges, assess opportunities, and shape recommendations aligned with client goals. By bringing a proactive, detail-oriented approach to each engagement, Sam ensures strategies are practical, well-informed, and responsive to both immediate concerns and long-term objectives. 

 Sam worked in education for more than 20 years as an educational consultant and professor/teacher. Sam has served on various foundation boards throughout Southwest Ohio focused on creating a better world through philanthropic work with children and families.

Head of Client Experiences and Operations
Tracy leads client relationships and operational excellence at Linden Grove Agency. She is deeply involved in client communication, care, and coordination—making sure every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout their engagement. In addition to overseeing internal processes and workflows, Tracy helps translate client needs into clear action, ensuring smooth execution and a consistently thoughtful, organized experience. Tracy ensures every client interaction reflects Linden Grove’s values of professionalism, care, and connection.

 After serving in Christian ministry for 14 years, Tracy left the church to celebrate life with others as officiant and storyteller with Linden Grove Occasions. Over the years, she focused on mission work addressing food and housing insecurity. She has served as a board member for various organizations addressing mental health, poverty, education, anti-racism and LGBTQIA+ inclusion.
